Diploma in Baking and Cake Artistry


This programme is intended to open up opportunities to students who are interested in baking to meet the manpower requirement for growth in the baking and cake industry. In addition, the growing demand for healthy baked goods, such as naturally healthy and high fibre bread, plays a role in generating lucrative income and employment for Malaysia.  This programme prepares students to be semi-professional bakers or pastry chefs. Students have the opportunity to practise and enhance their bread and cake baking skills in our well-developed facilities. The programme is also designed to nurture professional bakers for the industry to enhance their endurance, work performance and communication skills.
