Activity: Welcome Start With ‘WE’

 The Peer Support Society at TAR UMT Johor Branch successfully organized the team-building activity, Start With ‘WE’, on 12 March 2022, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The primary objectives of the event were to seek potential nominees for the next committee members with good leadership, communication, responsibility, creativity, and commitment skills, as well as to enhance communication and teamwork among participants.

 A total of 36 students of TAR UMT Johor Branch participated in this event. The event comprised two ice-breaking games, Musical Chair and Black Secret, which aimed to help participants get to know each other and build a sense of camaraderie.

 The main event featured six game challenges, namely Shoot the Balloon, Back to Back Drawing, Shower Time, Go!!! Ping Pong Ball, Marble: Where Should I Go, and Complete the Words. These games were designed to test the participants' communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

 Through these games, the participants were able to develop and enhance their teamwork, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The games were challenging and fun, and they encouraged the participants to think creatively and work together to achieve a common goal.

The Start With ‘WE’ team-building activity was a success, and it provided an opportunity for the participants to showcase their skills and potential as future committee members. Moreover, the games and activities helped to improve communication and teamwork among participants, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among them.

 In conclusion, the Start With ‘WE’ team-building activity was a valuable experience for all participants. It allowed them to develop and enhance their skills while having fun and building lasting relationships with their peers.

Ice Breaking - Musical Chair

The participants played the classic interactive game, which is Musical Chairs.

Ice Breaking -  Black Secret

In Black Secret, the participants had to guess the object by touching it with their hands while wearing blindfolds over their eyes

Games Challenges - Shoot the balloon

The participants used darts to shoot the balloons that were stuck to the board.

Games Challenges - Complete the words

In the Complete the Words challenge, participants had to bite the straw with the rubber band hanging on it, cross the hula hoop, and the benches to receive alphabet tiles from Scrabble.
