Podium Finish for TAR UC

A couple of TAR UC students made themselves known at the YouthFluencer Challenge 2021 by securing the 1st and 2nd runner-up positions after a formidable battle with over 100 participants from across Malaysia.

Ng Po Le took home RM3,500 cash and RM500 worth of prizes as the 1st runner-up, while 2nd runner-up Moh Jing Wen earned RM2,000 cash and RM500 worth of prizes.

The prizes were given to the winners in a presentation ceremony held on 9 December 2021 at TAR UC's Kuala Lumpur Main Campus that was attended by Assoc Prof Dr Chook Ka Joo, Vice President of TAR UC, Eldrick Koh Chun Thiam, Founder and CEO of GenYouth, and Gillian Ooi, Director of GenYouth.

The YouthFluencer Challenge is a competition organised under the YouthAmbassador Campaign by MeCan Trade together with campaign partner GenYouth, aimed at encouraging students to develop their talents in social marketing skills. Participants competed to vie for one of the top 20 finalist spots followed by an announcement of the top five winners via a virtual ceremony livestreamed on 27 November 2021.
