Short Course In Baking & Cake Artistry (Level 1)


This course is designed for anyone who is interested in baking to acquire general knowledge and hands-on practical skills to prepare assorted breads, pastries and some local delicacies. Participants will also get to learn either Introduction to Japanese Language or English for Food and Beverage during the course. 

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to :-

  • Recognize and describe the fundamental baking ingredients in preparing assorted breads and pastries;
  • Handle baking tools, utensils and equipment;
  • Identify and provide proper and prompt solutions to any difficulties that might encounter during the baking process
