Before you can collect your convocation attire, academic transcript, and certificate (scroll), it's important to complete the MOHE Online Tracer Study (SKPG 1).

Here's what you need to do:

1. Make sure to print, screenshot, or save a copy of the Tracer Study Confirmation Slip after completing the survey.
2. Keep these slip handy as you'll need to submit them during the convocation attire collection.

If you can't personally collect your attire and want to authorize someone else to do it for you, make sure they bring the Tracer Study Confirmation Slip as well.

Remember, it's crucial to submit the slip to collect your convocation attire. So don't forget to complete the survey and keep those slip ready for a hassle-free collection process.
