In the Post-Pandemic and new economic reset phase, organisations are challenged by how business has transformed. They need to innovate, adapt, shift and change to cope with the recent happenings. Visioning or transformation is the primary key that helps the organisation clarify its values, focus on the mission and stretch its objectives.
This workshop ensures that the executive, manager and leader have the opportunity to
clarify their values in tangent with that of the organisation, examine the context of work by revisiting the purpose of the group and organisation, put in the correct processes and create a compelling culture in the light of the vision statement for the company.
