Abstract
Mindanao State University (MSU) has begun embracing the technological revolution in support for excellence in education. Facing the challenge of the 21st century standard of learning, the university needed an upgrade of its infrastructure. Technology can be a powerful tool to transform the way students learn. This study is focused on technology integration into the tertiary curriculum to transform education by engaging and empowering learning through the use of technology. Tools for learning are identified for life-long learners to remain globally competitive and continuously engage and advanced in a digitally connected environment. Employing technology in learning is transcending. Educators must serve as collaborators in learning, always in quest for new knowledge and skills so that the needs for all learners will be met. Furthermore, the administration should also set a vision to conform to the needs of the university to provide authentic learning experiences that provide the accurate tools for learning. The flexibility and power of technology can make learning possible everywhere and all the time. Learning resources must embody the design principles that would maximize the use of technology in support for teaching and learning.
