About MYR220 per month for a twin-sharing room with basic furniture at the TAR UMT Hostel.
Electricity and water charges are inclusive.
Off-Campus Accommodation
MYR400 - MYR1600 per month is the range of rental charges for a basic room up to a whole apartment unit. Rentals vary according to the type of accommodation, location and facilities provided in the unit (e.g. air-conditioning, washing machine, fridge, etc.). The various types of accommodation include studio apartment, condominium with recreational facilities, houses, etc. Electricity, water, other utilities and internet bills are usually not included in the rental charges.
