MANAGEMENT / ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

Senior Manager / Manager (Bursary)
The successful candidate will be overall responsible for all matters relating to Income and Student Loans. The candidate is also expected to oversee and manage the bank obligations, credit control on debtors, monthly / quarterly of financial information, ensure proper classification and compliance to accounting standards and policies and other ad-hoc assignments. Candidate:

  • • Should possess a recognised Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking with minimum CGPA of 3.25 or professional accounting qualifications with minimum of 7 years' working experience in the relevant field.
  • • Should be able to work independently with strong analytical skills, meticulous in work and result oriented to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • • Should be a good team player.
MANAGEMENT / ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

Manager (Quality Assurance)
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the formulation, implementation, monitoring and review of quality assurance policies and systems pertaining to academic standards, learning opportunities, management of quality and standard as well as ensuring that internal control and operative systems are in place for effective corporate governance. The candidate is expected to liaise with government agencies and accreditation bodies, both local and overseas and be familiar with the auditing processes of these bodies. The candidate is also expected to ensure proper management of ISO 9001:2008/2015. Candidate:

  • • Should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 and/or professional qualifications with minimum of 8 years’ working experience in the relevant field.
  • • Must have relevant experience in Academic Assurance work and workings of ISO 9001:2008/2015.

Internal Audit Executive
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the preparation of audit programmes, checklists and audit procedures, conduct audit fieldwork according to audit plan, maintain proper and complete audit work papers. The candidate is also expected to prepare draft audit report to the Head of Division with audit findings and appropriate recommendations. Candidate:

  • • Should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration or related field with minimum CGPA of 3.25 or professional accounting qualifications. Preferably with working experience in Internal Audit. Fresh graduates may apply.
  • • Should have sound knowledge of operational control principles and practices.
  • • Should be able to work independently, proactive and result oriented to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • • Should be a good team player.

IT Personnel
i) Software Developer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of system applications.

  • • Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Fresh graduates may apply.

ii) Network Engineer
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, managing and maintaining the Institution network infrastructure and network security, review and maintain IT documentation of the network infrastructure.

  • • Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Preferably with 1-2 years’ working experience in network management.
  • • Knowledgeable in administration of network equipment, such as switches, routers, wireless access points etc.

In addition to the above specific requirements, candidates are expected to be resourceful, self-motivated, possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; keep abreast with technology changes as well as able to work independently and be part of a team.

Marketing Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing related activities such as education fairs, school visits, open day and other events deemed necessary.

  • • Candidate should possess a recognised degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Marketing / Mass Communication or a degree in other disciplines with relevant working experience in educational institution.
  • • Candidate should possess excellent communication and analytical skills as well as have positive attitude, outgoing personality and hardworking.

Assistant Bursar 
Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications. Candidate with at least 2 years’ working experience in accounting and financial management is preferred.

Activities and Sports Coordinator 
Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Sport Science.

Senior Assistant Registrar / Assistant Registrar
The successful candidate will be responsible for all office administration, managing and supervision of staff as well as preparation of documents, minutes of meetings and reports. Candidate:

  • • Should possess a recognised Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 or equivalent qualification.
  • • With working experience in an educational institution is preferred.

Laboratory Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and administration of the computer laboratories including planning, maintaining and troubleshooting of computers.

  • • Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree with minimum CGPA of 3.25 in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.

Computer Technical Assistant
The candidate will be responsible in providing technical support on ICT hardware and software, configuring, implementing, testing, troubleshooting of ICT equipment, maintaining documentation on the ICT equipment and procedures. Candidate:

  • • Should possess a recognised Diploma qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Preferably with working experience in technical support of ICT equipment and software.
  • • Should be knowledgeable in MS Office applications and networking system.
  • • Must be resourceful, self-motivated, possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, and keep up with technology changes.
