Director (Department of Alumni Relations)
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and cultivate relationships with alumni of the University in support of the strategic goals of the University. The candidate is expected to implement various alumni events and activities to foster connections between alumni and the University and at the same time collaborate with other faculties and departments on facilities and resource management.
In addition, the candidate is also responsible to ensure the Department maintain an accurate and up-to-date alumni database.

Deputy Director (Centre for Business Incubation and Entrepreneurial Ventures)
The successful candidate will be assisting the Director and responsible for spearheading the overall entrepreneurial development and nurturing, global engagement and business / project development, academia-industry collaboration, IP commercialisation, relevant industry linkages and collaborations / MOA, consultancy and commercialisation initiatives in the Centre. The candidate is expected to work with external parties such as government agencies, industries and overseas universities on areas of collaboration and related matters. The candidate is also responsible for the project orchestration and moderation including coordinating student and research resources and facilitate project resources.
In addition, the candidate is responsible for the overall day to day operation and management of the Centre, project management including budgeting, documentation / reporting, resources sourcing and facilitating pilot / deployment test and providing technical and science advisory services.
The candidate:
Manager (Student Financial Aid, Department of Student Affairs, KL Main Campus)
The successful candidate will be responsible to plan, manage, implement the financial aid process to ensure effective financial aid delivery services to students and sponsors/donors. The candidate is expected to develop and recommend improvement to financial aid procedures/guidelines as well as ensure process compliance.
In addition, the candidate must be able to lead the team and mobilise adequate and suitable resources to implement projects, maintain good working relationship with external agencies/organisations and internal department for the establishment of new funds and continuation of the existing funds. The candidate is expected to produce periodic management reporting.
Internal Audit Executive
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the preparation of audit programmes, checklists and audit procedures, conduct audit fieldwork according to audit plan, maintain proper and complete audit work papers. The candidate is also expected to prepare draft audit report to the Head of Division with audit findings and appropriate recommendations. Candidate:
Finance Executive
The successful candidate will be responsible to administer end-to-end payroll processing and staff claims; ensuring timely and accurate payments including ad-hoc disbursements. The candidate will also be responsible to manage payroll reporting and serve as the main liaison with statutory bodies related to payroll management. The candidate is expected to establish and maintain organised documentation systems including process enhancements and proactively identify and rectify issues pertaining to payroll.
IT Personnel
i) Teaching & Learning Support Executive
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of the e-learning system, provide support and conduct workshops / training to students and staff on the use of the e-learning system, develop web services and applications for e-learning.
ii) Software Developer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of system applications.
iii) Videographer
The successful candidate will be responsible in the planning and organising video shoot
of event, designing and development of graphic and video content in support of

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations and administrative works of all the laboratories / workshops / centre.

Facilities Management Executive
The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out new building projects, detailed inspections of buildings and campus compound, execute all operation & maintenance activities of the campus as well as supervise all works being carried out by contractors and suppliers.
Training Executive
The successful candidate will be responsible to develop and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students and external customers. The candidate is expected to improve and enhance the use of English Language in their class assignments, coursework, project, dissertation or thesis on a one to one basis.
Student Counsellor (Based at Kuala Lumpur and Penang Branch)
The successful candidate will provide services and programmes to assist students in achieving mental and emotional well-being through individual counselling, career guidance, personal growth group and self-enrichment workshops or programmes, etc.
Senior Executive / Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for all office administration, managing and supervision of staff as well as preparation of documents, minutes of meetings and reports. Candidate:
