TAR University College was one of the four institutions of higher learning being invited to attend Dell Cyberjaya's Finance Open Day 2013 on 16 October 2013 and twenty students from the Advanced Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting) programme and Advanced Diploma in Commerce (Management Accounting) programme turned up for the event. The students were introduced to Dell's background, its products, its operations, facilities, its Finance Development Program (FDP) and Accounting Development Program (ADP). Dell also organised a business simulation game for all the visiting students during the Open Day.

For TAR University College, the Open Day visit was a follow-up of Dell's Recruitment Drive conducted at TAR University College Kuala Lumpur Main Campus on 17 September 2013 when senior personnel from Dell gave a career talk and conducted spot interviews for shortlisted students from the AFA and AMA programmes for Dell?s FDP and ADP programmes.

Dell's plan to recruit TAR University College's accounting students for its ADP and FDP programmes reflects very well on the calibre of the students and the quality of the programme.
