TAR College successfully organised a futsal tournament sponsored by Figos, a reputable sports brand. This tournament was held on 15 and 16 December 2012 at TARC Futsal courts. The tournament attracted 24 teams comprising TAR College students and staff in just a week. TARC FC team captain Dheeban Chandran a/l Ravi Chandran, a 1st year Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) student, led the team, beating Team Fantasy to a score of 4-0 to emerge as champion in the final. The finalists were given a pair of Figos shoe and jersey each and the semi-finalists took home a set of Figos jersey as well.
